A great base for our first trip to Cape Town. The included breakfast was great, and we made good use of the regular shuttle to the Waterfront. The in-room facilities were ideal, and the WiFi great. We found all the staff to be cheery and helpful. Towards the end of our stay we picked up a hire car, and we were able to put it in the hotel car park for ZAR 55 per night. We made good use of the city site-seeing buses, which stops just around the corner Read less

This hotel is in prime location, with the V&A Waterfront and CBD just a short drive away. Also a good middle ground to explore surrounding areas (e.g. Sea Point & Camps Bay etc). The V&A is walkable, but much safer to drive and be sure to make use of the complimentary shuttle to the V&A as it runs throughout the day on the hour. Lovely hotel,… Read more

This was our second stay, and we thoroughly enjoy the big breakfasts. The staff who do late-night check-ins could be a little more friendly - as frustrating it is to be working late, we also had a long journey to get to there. However, during the day, the receptionists are lovely. Special thanks to the ladies who went over and above to help me with my injury. The bar, room and restaurant service is superb as well. Lots of parking space in the basement, but be aware that you will have to pay for this aside from your accommodation fees. Otherwise, very safe and comfortable stay. Read less

The hotel is in a great location, but the hotel rooms are getting a little run down now. Facilities were great, lots of choice for breakfast, and reception were really helpful. Great shuttle service to and from the waterfront which was really useful.

Convenient location with efficient shuttle service to the Waterfront. Last shuttle was overcrowded but the overflow was accomodated by The Cullinan shuttle. There was a communal microwave for guests to use anytime of the day, which was very helpful for reheating leftover meals especially when travelling with kids.

A little tired around the edges, but handily located next to the Culninan hotel and the CTCC. The rooms are moderately sized, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast options are good. The gym is actually better than the Cullinan hotel. The overall levels of service were a little uninspired but still satisfactory.
